SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping within the U.S. and Canada. For international orders, shipping charges and delivery options are available at checkout.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, and we are closed on weekends and holidays. Production time is 5-10 business days. Please add the estimated shipping time to the production time to determine when to expect your item.

Customers are responsible for their parcel if it is redirected or marked as unclaimed due to an incorrect address. Reshipping fees will be charged to the customer. International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

  • Canada: Canada Post

  • USA: USPS

Standard Delivery Times:

  • Canada: 3-5 business days

  • USA: 5-7 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Since the items we create are limited editions, unique pieces, or custom-made for each order, all sales are final. Items are produced as orders are received, and we do not keep inventory on hand. As each item is handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. For damaged or defective items, contact us at studio@madeinconrad.com within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Damaged items after receipt are the customer’s responsibility.
