ARE THE DRAWINGS / ILLUSTRATIONS ALL ORIGINAL AND CREATED BY YOU? Yes, THEY ALL ARE. Drawing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I studied fine arts, fashion design, and advertising from college to university. I continue to work in the fashion industry, visual display, and decor, drawing inspiration from these experiences to refine my creative approach and aesthetic.

WHERE ELSE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR CREATIONS? For now, our online store is the only place to purchase my pieces. Each design is limited, unique, and handmade, available exclusively through our website.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON? Unfortunately, In-person pickup is not available at this time. All purchases must be made online.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? we CURRENTLY ship within Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact us at studio@madeinconrad.com to discuss possible arrangements.

WHAT CURRENCY AND PAYMENT options do you accept? All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

IS the CHECKOUT PROCESS and my payment information SECURE? Yes, our website is powered by Squarespace's secure payment system, ensuring that all transactions and personal details are encrypted and protected.

CAN I USE YOUR ARTWORK OR IMAGES FOR A LOGO, WEBSITE, OR PERSONAL PROJECT? No. All CONRAD NADEAU / MADEINCONRAD artwork and images are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced, altered, or used without permission. For licensing inquiries OR TO DISCUSS USAGE, please email STUDIO@madeinconrad.com

COLORS / APPEARANCE OF THE ITEMS We strive to represent colors with precision, but variations may occur due to individual screen settings and calibration. Since many of my works are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces or part of limited editions, subtle differences in color, texture, and finish are an inherent part of the creative process.
