SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURNS : Since the items we create are all limited editions and custom-made for each order, all sales are final. Of course, if the item is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will gladly replace it. The items must not have been used and be in their original packaging. Otherwise, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
Items are produced as orders are received, so we do not keep any inventory on hand. We therefore encourage you to consider your purchase carefully prior to confirming an order (if you change your mind about an item, you will not be able to return it).
In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt and we will gladly sort things out. Items damaged after receipt are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING : We are open from Monday to Friday and closed on weekends and all Canadian statutory holidays. Production and shipping times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
Production Time: 5-10 days. Please add estimated shipping time to production time to know approximately when to expect your item to arrive. For postal service interruptions due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, please check the service alert pages for USPS (shipments to the USA), and Canada Post for Canadian shipments.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees charged in their territories, in addition to the shipping fees mentioned below. We are unable to predict which shipments may assessed these fees or the amounts that may be charged.
